DotMailLign: Voice-Enabled Email Client

LignUp features used here include: broadcast messaging (text-to-speech and short messaging system), 3-way conferencing, audio play, and web calling.

Read the directions below to see how you can:

• Web Call - Enter your phone number, including country code, in the "My Number" text box. (e.g. for a US number "1-650-265-2000" or "011-44-2081149538" for a UK number). Replace any of the four contact numbers with a number you wish to call. Click on the phone icon. You will receive the call first. Once you answer, an outbound call will be made to the other party.


• Broadcast Message - Replace up to four of the contact numbers with numbers you wish to call. Select the contacts. Click on the "Broadcast" button. A pop up window will appear. Enter the text you want to send and select the delivery mode (TTS or SMS or both). Click on the "Submit" button. Your message will be broadcasted. (if the pop up window does not appear, disable pop up blockers on your browser setting)


• 3-Way Conferencing - Enter your phone number, including country code, in the "My Number" text box. (e.g. for a US number "1-650-265-2000" or "011-44-2081149538" for a UK number). Replace two of the contact numbers you wish to call. Check the boxes. Click on the "3 Way Call" button. You will receive a call first. Once you answer, an outbound call will be made to the other two parties.
