MoneyLign: VoIP-Enabled Automated Approvals
MoneyLign is an online banking portal that enables customers to register their phone numbers and password to authorize transactions. They can also request a call to any number and check out the today's rates while the first available customer service representative calls them back.
LignUp features used here include: RealTimeApproval, DTMF and web calling.

Read the directions below to see how you can:
- Web Call - Enter your phone number, including country code, in the "Customer Service" text box. (e.g. for a US number "1-650-265-2000" or "011-44-2081149538" for a UK number). Replace any of the four contact numbers with a number you wish to call. Click on the "Call Me" button. You will be connected to the first available customer representative.
- Confirm a Transaction - Fill out the customer profile page, entering a name, real phone number (include country code), 6 digit PIN, and a transaction dollar amount. You will be routed to a transaction page. Enter a transaction amount greater or equal to the previous entry. You will receive a call to verify or cancel the transaction, or speak to an available customer service representative.
